| Story | I adopted her one year ago at Christmas time. She was to be euthanized the week of Christmas because she was unwanted and had been at the shelter for awhile. She was in rough shape; she had kennel cough and tape worms and her fur was rough and she needed a bath. She was very skinny and malnourished. After all of these problems, I still wanted her. She has turned out to be the best dog ever. |

| Story | At approximately 3 weeks of age, she was abandoned at the vet clinic that I work at. She had a broken jaw and puncture wounds on her face. I decided that day that I wanted to take her in. I always wanted a pit bull because of their bad reputation. I wanted to prove that this was a loving breed and she is turning out to be amazing. Despite her rough past, she shows nothing but love. |
